We customized this thermal bottle for promotion of minority dietitians.  We hope that your purchase is as meaningful as the creation.   We are happy to accept returns for unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of the shipment date.  Returns will be refused if items arrived used or damaged due to improper packaging.  Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.  We don't accept returns for items marked as "Final Sale" or any other clearance items. 

To assure accuracy and safe delivery we can offer more than one shipping method. We ship items out as soon as possible, but tis will not always be the same day as your order.  In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.  If we anticipate a longer lead time it will be noted in the item description.  If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item please contact us at info@blackdietitiansmatter.com with your questions.

You  should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've place it.  If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.  This is especially important  because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Our main shipping policies applies to shippments to the 48 US states . 

Next day:  Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped.  An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.  An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
